Concrete Repair & Replacement
Concrete does not fail quietly. A crack becomes a lip, a lip becomes a broken corner, and by the third winter the slab is in pieces. Some of that is fixable. Some of it is a sign the base underneath has gone, and patching it is money spent on a slab that is already finished. We tell you which is which, on site, and we do both: repairs where they will hold, removal and a new pour where they will not.

We repair and replace concrete across Philadelphia, South Jersey and northern Delaware: patios, walks, steps, driveways and small slabs. Removal includes breaking, hauling and leaving the site clean.

How you know this is the chapter you need
- 01
One straight crack
Often just shrinkage. Sealed properly it stays a line and never becomes a lip.

Cracks in a web
The base has moved or the slab was too thin. This one is a replacement, and we will show you why.
- 03
A sunken section
Water has washed out the base. Sometimes it can be lifted; often the honest fix is to pour that section new.
- 04
Flaking, pitted surface
Salt and freeze-thaw eat the top layer. If the slab is sound underneath, it can be resurfaced.

We look before we quote
A photo helps, but we come out to see how the slab moves and what the base is doing.

Fix or replace, in writing
If a repair will hold, we quote the repair. If it will not, we say so and quote the replacement instead.

The work
Repairs are usually a day. Replacements follow the same steps as a new pour.

Done and checked
We walk it with you. If something we built is not right, we come back and fix it.

Can a cracked slab be repaired or does it need replacing?
A single crack with no height difference can be sealed and will hold. A web of cracks, a sunken section or a lip means the base has failed and the slab should be replaced. We tell you which on site.

How long does concrete repair take?
Most crack and surface repairs are done in a day and can be walked on the same day. Removal and a new pour is one to three days plus a day or two of cure.

Will a repair match the old concrete?
Close, not perfect. New concrete is lighter for the first year and then weathers in. If matching matters, replacing the whole section gets you an even finish.

Do you remove concrete only?
Yes. If you want an old slab or patio gone and the space returned to lawn or bed, we break it out, haul it and grade the soil.
